Gretchen Rubin takes the abstract concept of happiness and breaks it down into bite size, practical tips on her blog, The Happiness Project. I particularly enjoy Gretchen’s consistency in posting interesting content every day (except Sunday). I also admire her use of recurring themes on her blog. By reinforcing her tenets of happiness over and over again with different lenses I not only remember them more easily, but am more likely to act on them.
Her two books, The Happiness Project and the soon to be released Happier at Home, are on my to-read list. Check out her blog. It is my inspiration for both adding more consistent posts to my own blog and for beginning to incorporate a few core themes into my posts.
