One blog I enjoy is written by Brooke Castillo. Brooke’s two main professional interests are weight loss coaching and coach training. Her main teaching tool is based on the idea that the thoughts that we think have a profound influence on our experience of life. Her writing is quick and to the point, yet both her blog posts and tweets (that show up on the blog page) are thought provoking. I often find them centering as well.
