I’ve been eliminating newsletters and ads that I receive by email and seldom if ever read. Now I’m moving on to fundraising appeals, many of which I’d like to answer but cannot at the moment. I’ve been keeping them in a stack on my hot file *hoping* to find some way to support them. I’m now throwing them all away except for the one I’m donating to this month.
Great examples Anne! I can feel the space you’re creating for yourself by letting these things go. 🙂 Good for you.
I play handball regularly. Maybe that is something i could drop. I’m passionate about it because it’s something i do very well and it keeps me physically active but perhaps i could substitute that with something more productive to help me with my career goals. It’s an exercise and it’s the only real down time i feel like i have. It’s also the only place where i would be social on a regular basis.
Oh, this sounds like something that’s really important to you and your health! I’d say keep it. I was talking about eliminating things that aren’t working.
