Tackling change in our lives is certainly not for the faint of heart. Change takes time and several steps are involved, and anything that involves steps is usually a guarantee that I will be sweaty, tired, and hungry at the top. But change is often for the better – those darn steps make us stronger. The hardest part is taking the first one.
