Policies and Procedures
It is our goal to provide you with high quality coaching in a safe environment. The following expectations and procedures lay the foundation for an effective coaching relationship.
As your coaching team you can expect us to:
- Create a safe and supportive environment;
- Facilitate relevant discussions and exercises;
- Operate with professionalism and integrity;
- Be responsive to any questions, concerns, or ideas within one-to-two business days; and
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
We expect that you, as our client, will:
- Take responsibility for creating value and results for yourself;
- Be open to new ideas and feedback;
- Honestly inform us as to what is and is not working for you; and
- Be committed to our work together, as evidenced by keeping appointments.
Payment for all coaching programs is due prior to the first session. We use PayPal and accept credit card payments only.
Guarantee and Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all completed programs. This offer means we will fully refund the cost of your program if you have not achieved greater career clarity by program end, as long as you have shown up for the full program as evidenced by attending all of your coaching sessions and completing 4 core assignments. If you choose not to attend your sessions, there will be no refund granted.
All coaching sessions must be redeemed within a reasonable time period. We aim for program completion within one month for the Just Get Me Pointed in the Right Direction program, three months for the Career Direction Clarity + Action Plan program, and six months for the Phoenix Rising program. It is okay if your program runs a little longer than these guidelines. Obviously it would be inappropriate for a one month program to take a year, but if you have a vacation or other extenuating circumstance where extending by a week or so makes sense, we will happily accommodate your schedule so that you can get the most out of your program.
Appointments need to be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to provide your coach with time to adequately prepare for your session.
Please provide your coach with 24-48 hours advance notice of any cancellations. We appreciate your respect for our time and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. If notice is not given within 24 hours there will be no refund or make-up session. In the event of an emergency, please call or email whenever possible, and we will work together to determine the best course of action.
The only instance where we will breach confidentiality is when we are legally required to disclose a threat of harm to you or another to the appropriate authorities.
Coaching is best done when both parties are able to provide their full attention to the conversation. Therefore, please ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable, and distraction free environment prior to your sessions.
